The manual dexterity of blind or visually impaired children can be developed to a very high level with appropriate methods. The Balloon Art education techniques are applied according to the guidance of experts from the Unified Special Educational Methodological Institute for the Blind. We will publish the findings from this experience. The coursebook is available free of charge to organizations that work with visually impaired individuals, with funding provided entirely by supporters.
